Standard Shipping Rates:Shipping rate is pre-calculated based on weight of package and distance of travel. We ship from our warehouse in Illinois. We use USPS for all website orders.
• We are closed for all major holidays – orders will ship the following business day.
• Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday
• Orders will ship out within 48 hours
• Sales tax applies to IL only. Orders shipped to other states will not be charged sales tax.
Items purchased from the CleanTools, Dog Lover's Towel on-line store may be returned within 15 days of the ship date. To return an item, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with a subject line of RETURN to receive authorization and return shipping label. The cost of shipping the return will be deducted from the refund amount and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in new condition. New condition means the item has not been used and that all seals and packaging are intact and undamaged. Once CleanTools receives the returned product, the cost of the returned items, minus original and return shipping charges, will be credited to the original payment method used. Please allow 30 days for your bank to process the credit.
Damaged, Defectives and Incorrect Orders
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and quality. In the event you have received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at 800-654-3933 or email@example.com and we will work with you to make things right. CleanTools will be responsible for return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I return product without a return authorization from CleanTools?
No, in order to properly track returned merchandise you must first request a return authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 800-654-3933. Product that is returned without proper authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
No, product orders are processed very quickly. Once an order is placed you will have to refer to the Return Policy listed above.
How will you ship my product?
CleanTools will determine the best shipping carrier for your order. Some of the carriers we use are: FedEx and USPS.
