Refund policy

Items purchased from the CleanTools, Dog Lover's Towel online store may be returned within 15 days of the ship date. To return an item, please e-mail contactus@dogloverstowel.com with a subject line of RETURN to receive authorization and return shipping label. The cost of shipping the return will be deducted from the refund amount and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be in new condition. New condition means the item has not been used and that all seals and packaging are intact and undamaged. Once CleanTools receives the returned product, the cost of the returned items, minus original and return shipping charges, will be credited to the original payment method used. Please allow 30 days for your bank to process the credit.
